Airlines are complying with DOT disclosure rule

Airlines are displaying clauses on their websites to inform travelers of possible additional fees in compliance with a new regulation by the Transportation Department demanding more transparency in airlines' ancillary fees. However, DOT still faces resistance as it seeks further regulations regarding disclosure by airlines of taxes and optional fees in their fare quotes.
