Caesars plans non-gaming luxury resort for China

Caesars Entertainment Corp. is looking to expand its brand with a 1,000-room luxury hotel on the Chinese island of Hainan. The $470 million resort will be the first major endeavor for Caesars' non-casino division, Caesars Global Life. "This is the first step in the development of our Caesars brand in China and India," said CEO Gary Loveman.
