Chartwells helps schools find fun ways to improve nutrition

Schools in Crawfordsville, Ind., are improving student nutrition with help from food-service provider Chartwells. Every month, Chartwells challenges schools to come up with fun ways to get students to try healthy foods, such as the "Dracula's Diner" theme planned for Halloween at Hoover Elementary that will focus on dark-green leafy vegetables and include snacks made from spinach.
