ICSC forecasts $23.6 billion in holiday electronics sales

The International Council of Shopping Centers predicts a moderate 2011 holiday season sales growth of 4% over last year for the electronics and appliance sector. Consumers are increasingly researching steeper discounts from retailers online, and there are fewer must-have electronics items on the market this season. Overall sales increases are forecasted to be less strong than in 2010.
