Rio Tinto exec sees slowdown in nuclear growth after Japan incident

A Rio Tinto executive expects nuclear energy growth to slow down for a few years following the Fukushima Daiichi incident in Japan. Nuclear energy companies will need time to address the lessons learned from the incident, said Andy Lloyd, chief development officer for Rio Tinto's uranium unit. But growth will resume, he said, "driven by China, especially."
