U.K. poll shows lower exercise rates in married couples

A U.K. Department of Health survey revealed that 76% of men and 63% of women who failed to meet the recommended 150 minutes of weekly exercise were married. Married people tend to be older and have children and other responsibilities that may get in the way of exercise, one expert said.
