Bunndle CEO: Women should push "to change the predefined roles and structures"

Corporate America has yet to achieve gender equality, and one key challenge is that women feel the need to fit into a power structure that has been constructed by men, according to Maxine Manafy, founder and CEO of Bunndle. "This leaves us very little room for true expression, mobility and even freedom because we constantly strive to professionally fit into predefined roles," she said. "... We should keep working at it, encouraging more progress and pushing to change the predefined roles and structures."
