Business leaders should promote employee well-being

Companies might be able to reduce medical costs and boost employee performance by engaging their workers and helping them to improve their overall well-being, according to Gallup research. Leaders can help to accomplish this mission in several ways, such as by signaling an emphasis on well-being and incorporating employee wellness into their business strategies, writes Gallup's Susan Sorenson.
