Firms seek narrower money-fund reform from SEC

Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab and BlackRock have filed comment letters with the Securities and Exchange Commission raising concerns about the scope of its planned money market reforms. The firms raised issues regarding the status of tax-exempt money funds and the definition of "retail investor."
