How computer science can help counter youth unemployment

Jobs in computer science are growing rapidly, and encouraging young people to pursue careers in the field can be an effective way of curbing youth unemployment, which also is on the rise, writes Lori Harnick, general manager of citizenship and public affairs at Microsoft.
