Indian firm's lawsuit against bank could set Libor precedent

A U.K. judge has ruled that Unitech, an Indian property company, must repay Deutsche Bank for a $150 million loan. The judge is allowing a smaller dispute to go to trial. That lawsuit could set a precedent for whether deals tied to the London Interbank Offered Rate can be invalidated because of manipulation of the benchmark.
