Norway cools on carbon-capture moon shot

Norway is shelving a carbon-capture plan that officials had previously compared to the lunar landings in scale and ambition. A planned facility to capture carbon from a natural gas-generating plant proved too expensive, officials said. "This is one of the ugliest political crash landings we have ever seen," said Norwegian environmental activist Frederic Hauge.
