Teen pilot credits Young Eagles program for aviation dream

Jonah Desrochers earned his private pilot's license after he turned 17 this summer. Desrochers took his first flight in a small airplane through the Experimental Aircraft Association's Young Eagles program. "After my first flight with the program, I knew it was something that I wanted to pursue," he said. While he says he loves small airplanes, he hopes to become a commercial pilot.
