NASA is recruiting subjects who will be paid $18,000 to stay in bed for 70 days straight. The extended rest, which will take place in a bed angled to keep participants' heads below their feet, is intended to simulate the physiological effects of long-term weightlessness, giving earthbound researchers a chance to study the potential health effects of long-term spaceflight.
