Judge dismisses Wal-Mart's suit

A Pima County Superior Court dismissed Wal-Mart's suit disputing Tucson, Ariz.'s "big-box law." The law requires a review process for stores with more than 100,000 square feet and limit the grocery area to 10% of the building. The judge ruled Wal-Mart hasn't been denied approval to build a store and that the retailer hasn't applied for an exception to the provision.
