i-Stik deters adults from posing as kids online

Yesterday, VeriSign Inc. and the children's safety group i-Safe America announced the development of the new i-Stik token, which, when appropriately encoded and inserted into a computer's USB port, verifies a child's age and gender. The tokens, to be provided to thousands of schools starting next spring, will help keep child predators out of chatrooms.
