PayPal starts penalizing trades of banned goods and services

Starting today, PayPal will penalize customers who use it to buy or sell things the online payment firm disapproves of, ranging from migratory birds to gambling services to adult material. A PayPal official said the decision is based on what's best for business, because these areas tend to be laden with fraud.
