South Korea has high hopes for 151-story skyscraper

The 151-story Incheon Tower in Incheon, South Korea, is expected to become the second-tallest tower in the world when it is completed in 2014. The mixed-use building will stand 2,000 feet high and will feature a hotel, apartments, condominiums and 30 floors of commercial offices. Government officials recently said they hope the new building helps boost the standard of living in the area.
