Educator shows teachers how to get children moving

A Utah school district does not have physical-education instructors at every elementary school and instead sends a physical education specialist to teach educators how to keep students active. Utah recommends 30 minutes of physical activity per school day for students, but budget cuts have limited fitness instruction at many of the state's public schools.
