Soaring ingredient prices give candy companies a headache

Sugar prices have jumped 95% this year, and cocoa beans are selling near 20-year highs. Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is among the companies working to keep prices steady, and an official there noted that lower fuel prices have helped offset the increased commodity costs.
