Union wants representation vote for Compass Airlines flight attendants

The 300 flight attendants working for Compass Airlines should get a representation vote, says the union representing the flight attendants for Delta Air Lines, which acquired the subsidiary last year. On Tuesday, the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA filed a petition with the National Mediation Board. Compass is part of Northwest Airlink but became a Delta subsidiary when the Atlanta-based carrier acquired Northwest Airlines in 2008.
