Banks launch "second look" programs for loan applications

Some of the nation's largest banks are starting to review loan applications that were initially rejected, a process called "second look" programs by insiders. Small businesses are often the beneficiary of this policy, as loan officers look beyond credit scores to examine an applicant's track record and overall banking relationship.
