Chicago museum sues engineers over building problems

Chicago's Art Institute is suing the engineers on its new Modern Wing for "woefully inadequate" performance in its construction. Problems in design are expected to cost the museum nearly $10 million. Such lawsuits are not unusual in the building of big projects, however.
