Small-business aid package is headed to Obama's desk after House vote

A bill that would provide a $30 billion fund to boost small-business lending and give tax breaks to small businesses is on its way to the White House for President Barack Obama's signature. Approval in the House completed congressional action on the measure, which was passed by the Senate last week. The fund would make money available to community banks for loans to small businesses.
