Doctors say those who walk or talk in their sleep -- known as "parasomniacs" -- are usually children age 8 to 12, although there are incidents of adults doing it. For example, one man's wife recorded videos of him asleep, saying things such as "Vampire penguins. Zombie guinea pigs. We're done for. Done for."
