EDP pulls plug on Ore. wind project, citing lack of demand

EDP Renewables North America has canceled its application to build the Antelope Ridge wind farm in Oregon, citing a lack of demand. The cancellation was "100% a business decision," said project manager Sam Littlefield. "It's a level of investment that's not justified at this time," as there is "no active procurement in Oregon or Washington that this project would have been eligible for," Littlefield said.
