Grand Teton Vodka distillery plans expansion, new products

The Grand Teton Distillery in Idaho plans to double the size of its distillery, including the addition of new automated bottling equipment, wine storage pallet racks and the launch of a new white whiskey called Teton Moonshine to be offered in a variety of flavors, such as Huckleberry and Apple Pie Spice. The distillery is also set to introduce its first flavored vodka next month, a Russian-style cherry infusion. "We expect to triple our production next year, and will use well over 500,000 pounds of raw potatoes," said owner Lea Beckett.
