Air France will upgrade all of its seats to be more comfortable and include plugs. The carrier will start with economy and premium economy seats this year, then move to business- and first-class cabins next year. The upgrades apply to seats on long-haul planes. "Our goal is to upgrade all of our products in long-haul, and for all segments of customers," said Bruno Matheu, who heads up the carriers long-haul segment. "Many of the services concern families, and also babies."
