A high school in New Jersey recently held its first Healthy Breakfast Challenge, which was sponsored by HealthCorps, a nonprofit founded by Dr. Mehmet Oz and his wife, Lisa Oz. The program, which focuses on nutrition, physical fitness and mental health, is in place in 62 schools nationwide.
