Companies need to move past just having a Twitter presence and get proactive to develop leads from the social site, Carolyn Hughes writes. One approach is to add the personal Twitter handles of PR team members to the company bio so the company has a human face. Another way to build up interaction on the site is to mention people that meet with the company or have otherwise engaged in order to develop a dialogue.
