Survey: Marketing and sales budgets on the rise

A survey by the publisher of Sales Lead Report found that 54% of companies expected to increase their marketing budgets somewhat in 2004, and 3.8% plan to raise their budget substantially. Nearly 58% said their sales budget would rise somewhat, and 7.7% said it would go up significantly.
