Sanofi accuses generic drug makers of patent infringement

Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Barr Laboratories and several other generic drug manufacturers have been sued by Sanofi-Aventis SA for allegedly infringing on two of the drug giant's U.S. patents for Uroxatral, for treating prostate gland enlargement. None of the accused companies commented on the two complaints.
