Job titles out as part of MindShare's rebranding

WPP Group's MindShare is rebranding itself as a "model agency" in part by having North American senior executives give up their official job titles. "Relinquishing our job titles signifies the breakdown of silos and a new spirit of openness and equanimity throughout the upper ranks of our agency," said Scott Neslund, CEO of Mindshare North America, who is dropping the CEO designation.
