Manager input results in workers' compensation savings

To find "light duty" jobs for recovering injured workers, human resources manager Hal Beeler asked managers what jobs they needed done in their department but didn't have time to do, Jim Giuliano writes. The suggestions, such as light cleaning, have worked so well that workers' compensation claims have been slashed 75 percent, he writes.
