Aspiring teachers face shortage of jobs

As the recession forces more districts to cut teaching positions, many aspiring teachers say they have been unable to find jobs after earning their teaching degree. The situation has forced many to take jobs in other fields, while paying off student loans they accrued to study teaching. Others, however, say they will stick it out until a position opens up.
