Chinese banks once again squeezed for cash

Chinese banks are facing a cash crunch ahead of a weeklong holiday, with a sharp drop in deposits over the first three weeks of September. Nonetheless, analysts say the squeeze is not as severe as the one in June, with the central bank this week injecting 88 billion yuan into the money markets.
