Common-sense reforms would make ACA easier on franchises

If Congress fails to make common-sense reforms to the Affordable Care Act, the law will place increased cost burdens on small businesses, which account for two-thirds of all private-sector job creation, writes Stephen Bienko, College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving franchisee. The franchise community has advocated for such common-sense reforms and supports proposed legislation that would redefine the law's classification of a full-time employee to 40 hours per week, he writes.
