ICAP workers reportedly will face criminal charges over Libor

Former and current employees of ICAP, the largest interdealer broker in the world, are expected to face criminal charges from the Department of Justice regarding alleged manipulation of the London Interbank Offered Rate and similar benchmarks, sources say. Meanwhile, ICAP is poised to settle civil charges related to Libor with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority, sources say.
