Two Men and a Truck franchisees say ACA could affect growth, prices

North Carolina-based Two Men and a Truck franchisees Brooke and Les Wilson spoke with lawmakers at the recent IFA conference about their concerns regarding the impact of health care reform on their business. The Wilsons employ 200 to 250 people at their six franchise locations and plan to open a seventh. But they estimate their costs will increase by $100,000 to $120,000 per year under the Affordable Care Act, which will hinder their growth and raise prices for their customers, the Wilsons said.
