University of Utah dietitian uses nutrition to help athletes excel

Registered dietitian Beth Wolfgram helps athletes at the University of Utah eat a nutritious diet, but says she hates it when students see her as "the food police." Wolfgram says her job is about helping them get the most from their bodies, sharpen their minds and stay safe. Some initiatives include color-coding foods in the dining hall, teaching student-athletes to shop for groceries and overseeing team meals.
