Usability issues, other factors drive small practices to change EMRs

A KLAS report showed that small physician practices are switching to new EMR systems as their existing EMR tools fail to satisfy their rising expectations. Usability problems, coding issues and poor service were cited among the reasons practices look to change vendors.
