YouTube's comments section to integrate with Google+

YouTube is forging closer ties with Google+ in a bid to clean up its notoriously troll-infested comments sections. The strategy is meant to add accountability for commenters, and will allow people to converse semi-privately with people from their Google+ circles. Publishers will also have access to a new set of comment-moderation tools.
