Ivory Coast's political unrest affects cocoa prices

Cocoa prices increased to 16-year highs as U.S. military forces and French troops rescue foreigners in the Ivory Coast. December cocoa prices rose $37 to $2,157 per ton, according to the New York Board of Trade.
