McDonald's gives customers a behind-the-scenes look

McDonald's is launching its "Open Doors" campaign in 30 European countries, giving customers the chance to tour the quickservice chain's kitchens. "We can only correct misperceptions about our food by being completely transparent," a McDonald's Europe official says.
