USDA: Food prices set to increase

High energy prices are expected to cause a spike in food prices, which will put the year-over-year increase for 2005 as high as 3.5%, a U.S. Agriculture Department food-price analyst says. Looking ahead, a moderate price increase of 2% to 3% is projected for 2006.
