Terminal 5 food service aims to bring "humanity" to airport dining:

OTG Management, the company responsible for food service at JetBlue's new JFK Terminal 5, aims to have more than 1,000 menu items available so fliers "want to go to the airport early." About half the terminal's 26 gates will feature "re:vive" seating clusters with touch-screen monitors where passengers can order food for delivery without ever leaving the boarding area. OTG says it spent more than $45 million to build the 22 food and beverage outlets that will cater to an estimated 20 million passengers each year.
