Judge likely will approve the SEC's settlement with Citi

Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle, who questioned a $75 million settlement forged between the Securities and Exchange Commission and Citigroup, appears likely to approve it once the bank takes certain steps. One condition requires executives from several divisions to sign off on earnings statements. The judge wants this measure in the agreement so it cannot be changed later.
