Schools in Washington state work to serve more locally grown food

School districts in Washington state are working to bring more locally grown food to school cafeterias, despite challenges that include logistics and cost, says Tricia Kovacs, who runs the state's Farm to School program. Many districts are expected to participate Wednesday in the state's first Taste Washington Day, when local food will be featured on school menus.
