Euro-zone ministers delay €8 billion cash infusion for Greece

Euro-zone finance ministers refused to say when an €8 billion cash infusion would be sent to Greece, which faces the possibility of bankruptcy without the funds. Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou is discussing the matter with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Inspectors from the European Commission, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund suspended a visit to Greece this month because of frustration that the country has not properly implemented austerity reforms.
