How would your team describe your company's culture?

There's a big gap between how bosses and employees view their organizations' culture, according to a study. Managers are much more likely to believe their companies encourage employees to be self-guided. Meanwhile, most employees think their organization has a command-and-control mentality. Employees who work for top-down companies also are less likely to describe their firms as innovative and ethical, the study found.
